Set up, lay out, measure, compare
The MVP release of Rafio consists of five features. They all connect in a single flow: a setup that starts with a photo, a plan that ends in 3D, a cycle that closes with sales.
Shelf measurement from a photo
Upload a photo of the gondola. The system estimates the height, width, depth and number of shelf levels, then builds the shelf as a 3D model. You can adjust each shelf level height individually.
- Support for standard gondolas, wall shelves and chiller cabinets
- Independent adjustment of shelf level heights
- Turkish standard starting values when measurements cannot be extracted
Bulk inventory from a single photo
Products in a stockroom or shelf photo are listed with brand, name, category and estimated packaging dimensions. The list is not written straight to inventory — it goes to you for review first.
- Multiple units of the same product are grouped into one row
- A confidence score on every row; low-confidence rows are flagged
- Delete, correct and add products by hand
Placement at real dimensions
Drag and drop products onto the shelves or run auto-fit. If a product is too tall for the shelf level or overruns the shelf width, the warning appears immediately.
- Facing and depth rows adjustment
- Auto-fit: driven by category grouping and the eye level rule
- Space utilization rate and collision warnings
Every layout is a dated record
When you save a placement as a cycle, the shelf, products and placement at that moment are frozen. Even if the shelf changes later, the past cycle stays readable exactly as it was.
- Start–end dates and a free-form notes field
- The cycle snapshot cannot be corrupted
- Compare two cycles side by side
Measure the difference on daily averages
Upload sales data as CSV or enter it by hand. Rafio compares daily averages rather than raw totals — cycles of different lengths are compared fairly.
- Change in units and revenue per product
- Performance per shelf level: does eye level really sell
- Category space share compared with revenue share
What Rafio does not do
Saying clearly what it is not matters as much as explaining what it is.
- Not a shelf audit tool for brands/CPG
- Does not run planogram compliance checks
- Not POS or checkout software
- Not an inventory management system
