How it works

Close your first cycle in four weeks

We recommend starting with a single section. It is the fastest route to a result.

  1. Day 1
  2. Day 2
  3. Week 2
  4. Week 4
Timeline

The first four weeks

  1. Day 1

Set up the shelf and products

Photograph the gondola and confirm the measurements. Add products to inventory from stockroom photos. Takes half a day.

  2. Day 2

    Build the first layout

Run auto-fit, then apply the arrangement you know works. Save the layout as a cycle and set up the physical shelf to match.

  3. Week 2

    Enter the first sales data

At the end of the cycle, upload the sales report from your checkout as CSV or enter it by hand in the dashboard.

  4. Week 4

    Compare the second cycle

Change the layout and close the second cycle. Rafio shows the difference between the two cycles per product and per shelf level.

Sales data

CSV format

The report from your checkout system usually contains these columns. Rafio tries to map the header names automatically; if they do not match, you can map them by hand in the dashboard.

Date (YYYY-MM-DD)Product name or barcodeUnits soldRevenue (TL)
2026-09-01Coca-Cola Kola 1 L462852.00
2026-09-01Sütaş Ayran 300 ml31589.00

2026-09-02Omo Çamaşır Deterjanı 3 L51445.00

If the revenue column is empty, Rafio calculates it as units × unit price.
