Pilot release
Rafio is currently in its pilot phase. Features may change and outages may occur. We recommend not using the pilot release as the sole basis for your commercial decisions.
The nature of AI output
Photo-based product recognition and shelf measurement results are estimates and may be wrong. Every output is submitted for operator review. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they approve.
Data responsibility
Because your data is held in your browser during the pilot release, backing it up is your responsibility. We recommend exporting regularly. Rafio cannot be held responsible for the loss of browser data.
Billing
Pilot period terms are agreed separately in writing between the parties. The prices published on the site are reference prices that will apply after general availability.
