Where your data is stored
In the pilot release of Rafio, everything you create in the dashboard (shelves, products, placements, cycles, sales records and photos) is stored only in your own browser's local storage. This data is not sent to our servers and cannot be viewed by us.
AI recognition and photos
Only when you use photo-based product recognition or shelf measurement is the relevant photo sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) for processing. The photo is not retained by us after the response is generated. You can also use the entire dashboard with manual entry, without ever using this feature.
Usage measurement
We use Vercel Analytics to understand site traffic. It uses no cookies and collects no personal data.
You are in control
From the dashboard settings you can export all of your data to a file, move it to another device, or delete it permanently. When you clear your browser data, your Rafio data is deleted too.
